Why These Sourdough Chocolate Cookies Shine

The secret ingredient here is undoubtedly the sourdough discard. Its tangy, slightly acidic nature adds a subtle complexity to the cookies, complementing the sweetness of the chocolate chips and sugars. The result? A batch of cookies that are rich, chewy, and boasting a depth of flavor that sets them apart from the ordinary.
